Please enter all author names in the order they should appear using the following format: Lastname, Firstname. Then, enter all affiliations and click on the blue button (Save and associate) to make associations between authors and affiliations.
You can change the authors or affiliations order by drag and drop. To edit an entry, place your cursor after its tag and hit backspace. Make sure that the order is right and that there is no typo before clicking on Save and assosiate below.
Please select and rank all applicable options in order of preference (items can be rearranged once selected).
